Terms and Conditions
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHV) and the following conditions apply:
Check-in from 2 p.m. If you are planning to arrive later, we will be happy to leave your key card in the key box for you. A valid travel document must be provided upon check-in.
Check-out by 11 a.m. or by arrangement. If the guest requests the travel document to be handed over before check-out, the entire room price must be paid in advance.
Invoicing is possible between 6:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Cancellations and changes received up to 3 days before the day of arrival are free of charge. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Unfortunately, cancellations and changes to non-refundable rates are not possible for organizational reasons. You can cancel your booking in writing by email at email@example.com or by phone on 0043 316 291430. All booked additional services (flowers, fruit basket, sweets, etc.) will be charged at 100% – even if canceled on time. Thank you for your understanding.
Animals may only be accommodated with prior approval and for a one-off fee (small dogs EUR 15/large dogs EUR 25, each without food). The guest undertakes to keep and supervise the animal properly during the stay. Any damage caused by the animal will be charged to the guest. The animal is not allowed to stay in the local areas.
Means of payment
We accept cash and the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, Dinersclub, American Express and Maestro. We also offer you to pay your bill by bank transfer.
We ask you to comply with the applicable regulations. You can find more information at an overview of the current measures regarding the corona virus (sozialministerium.at) .
Additional hygiene measures
Our cleaning concept has always existed through good cooperation with well-known Austrian companies. In addition, our housekeeping employees now pay even more attention to the disinfection of door handles, switches, surfaces and sanitary facilities. We inform ourselves regularly – including hygiene technology – and will be happy to help you with any questions or requests you may have.
If you fall ill with Covid-19 in our hotel during your stay, we can help you with medical care. Additional nights due to illness are possible in the hotel at the same price per night – but only by arrangement and availability. For a special cleaning after departure by an external company, we charge EUR 150.00.
Special cleaning or repairs
If you soil/damage hotel property or your hotel room during your stay, we will charge you for the cost of repair, restoration or special cleaning (beyond normal cleaning). External companies will carry out this work.
We ask you to park and charge your e-bike and the battery in the space we have assigned you. For safety reasons, charging e-bike batteries is not permitted in the hotel building.
Place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Graz.
In the event of loopholes, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
